"People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within." - Elisabeth Kubler-Ross
You all are well-aware of my deep adoration of Charlotte Tilbury and all that her & her brand are, so expect primarily glowing reviews of her products! Diving straight into it...
Celebrity makeup artists' usage of her Glowgasm line suckered me into purchasing the "Lightgasm" palette which is the lighter of the two shades. It contains 4 nice-sized pans of pressed powdered product, and the entire palette is only about 4.5in x 4.5in, making for a compact fit into your makeup collection.
There are 4 shades; a highlighter, a "multiglow", a blush, and a bronzer, but 3 of them are shimmers, so technically, I'd call this a highlight palette. They're all very creamy with champagne and gold flecks of shimmer. The highlighter is a neutral shimmer that packs a powerful punch, much like the champagne shimmer in Bar of Gold while the mutliglow provides a much warmer, more peachy sheen. The blush doesn't posses as much pigment as is seen in the pan which is why I would merely categorize it as a rose-gold highlighter, but it's still lovely all the same. The bronzer is very warm-toned, more orange than the Filmstar Bronze & Glow, so on my pale skin in particular, I'm still a hardcore fan of that original palette, but if I have a faux tan, this Glowgasm bronzer does the trick.
